Kathy Panning

Kathy has been servicing Central Ohio buyers and sellers of real estate as a licensed full-time Realtor since 2000, joining Street Sotheby's in January 2012. in addition, she earned the Accred­ited Staging Professional designation providing a unique and valuable service to her sellers. Kathy also completed additional training as a Residential Relocation Specialist helping buyers navigate their move to the Columbus area. Her clients benefit from her commitment to personal service, her organizational skills, and the advantages of the tools and exposure she can provide at Street Sotheby's International Realty.

In 2008, Kathy was appointed by City Council to the Upper Arlington Historic Preservation Task Force to help establish the historic district in the City. She currently volunteers with the Upper Arlington Historical Society helping them reach fundraising goals and at Heart to Heart food pan­try.

Kathy's real estate experience spans the spectrum of working with first time homebuyers to sell­ing executive estates. She values the relationships that develop with her clients and knows the best compliment is their referrals to her business.

Kathy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Columbus Board of Realtors. She enjoys living in Central Ohio and promoting all the area has to offer to anyone thinking of calling it home.
